Hello, Meebz Minions!

It’s been a while, I know, but here’s a little fresh meebness…

Dad-Binks is always changing his computer desktop, and showed me how to find some online today. Here’s an easy link to find some, and you can add your desktop size (say 1200 x 800 pixels) in the search to find one just the right size. Then right-click on it, select ‘Set As Desktop background’, and there you go.

A Music Vid

Today’s tune is ‘Save Me’ by Simple Plan. I like this because it’s about real people, and doing something important about cancer and surviving it.

And a little while ago, The Dad-Binks listened to some cool Johnny Cash on YouTube. I even downloaded some on iTunes after that. I love ‘Hurt’, ‘Ring Of Fire’, and a bunch of other ones. His remake of ‘Hurt’ is sad, but he’s also saying sorry to God for all his sins. I’m glad to have learned about him and his music. We got there via ‘You Load 16 Tons’– the Steeb was singing it from somewhere or other, and then Dad got clicking away…. the rest is a blur. Go Johnny!

A Prayer

I like this one a lot.

Dear God,

So far today,
I’ve done all right.
I haven’t gossiped,
and I haven’t lost my temper.
I haven’t been grumpy,
nasty or selfish.

But in a few minutes, God,
I’m going to get out of bed
and that is when
I’m going to need a lot of help.

Amen.

Brain Busters

These are palindromes, which I just learned about. Hurts the brain, but fun! A palindrome is a word or statue that reads the same in both directions. Like:
